Part of my staple bullet proof rotation, always a good way to start the day and not be hungry for ages.

Have been taking well known chemist brands of Magnesium for a couple of years now but have never slept as well since taking BioOptimizer Magnesium. My levels of stress are down and the effects of this supplement to my overall health were noticeable immediately. Absolute 'game changer'.

I’ve been taking this in my morning bulletproof coffee and I honestly didn’t think it would make much difference. But I find I’m focused all day and easier to sleep at night. Great product.

I love this collagen protein powder and the ability to buy in bulk. This is a must nutritional supplement for me that I take every day with my coffee. I love how it dissolves in my coffee and doesn’t change the flavour of my long black. It adds extra body to my drink that I love. My skin glows and my hair is super glossy, and I credit that to this collagen powder. I just love it!

This magnesium is quality, unlike other popular brands on the market available in Australia this form doesn't leave me feeling groggy in the morning after waking up. My body seems to really absorb the magnesium.
